Banana Muffin Recipe

1 3/4 Cups of All Purpose Flour

1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda

1/4 Teaspoon of Salt

1/2 Cup of Softened Butter

1 1/4 Cups of Sugar

2 Eggs

1/4 Cup of Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt

3 Medium Mashed Bananas

Put flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Stir ingredients and make a well in the centre. In another bowl, cream butter, sugar and one egg. Beat in the second egg. Mix in sour cream and bananas. Pour into the well and  stir the mix. Ignore lumps. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes and enjoy!

(We added a scoop of nutella to the centre of each muffin before we baked them and it was a delicious addition!)
